If you live oustide of USA and you are signing a petition where there isn´t a place to choose your country, you can choose USA and on the campus "adress" you write your country.
On the 'zip-code' space, digit 5 number.

If even trying this methods the petition dont work, choose a city in USA and look for a adress in this city and on the website http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp find the right zip adress. It´s a simple way to cheat the petition.

Se vc for do Brasil: quando a petição nao possuir um campo para escolher o pais, coloque USA e digite um cep de 5 digitos. No campo adress digite Brazil ^^

Se mesmo assim a petição não for assinada dizendo que ocorreu algum erro, vc pode escolher USA como país, escolher qualquer cidade e inventar um endereço. Procure algum endereço no google na cidade em que você escolher e se não tiver o cep correto vá em http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp e procure o 'zip-code' correto. É um jeito simples de burlar o site. Nao se esqueça de mencionar em algum campo seu país de origem.
